The rapid-build bunkers, developed as prefabricated, modular units, offer maximum protection and the highest level of security at an optimal price-performance ratio, without compromising on comfort or durability.
Advantages of quick-release bunkers vs. prefabricated bunkers
The advantage of the quick bunker over our prefabricated bunker lies in its significantly lighter transport weight and more cost-effective purchase.
While our prefabricated bunkers, weighing between 40 and 150 tons, are delivered as fully concreted shelters, the rapid bunker, weighing between 1 and 5 tons, is significantly easier to transport, move into position, and concrete on-site. Depending on the installation situation, the rapid bunker's low weight often eliminates the need for a mobile crane during assembly. It can be unloaded directly from the truck and lifted into place using mobile construction equipment (excavators/telescopic handlers).
After being lowered into the ground, the rapid bunker is reinforced with steel at the installation site, and the bunker walls are cast in concrete. The thickness of the concrete shell and the amount of reinforcing steel are defined according to the required protection class.
Advantages of rapid bunker construction vs. cast-in-place concrete construction
Bunkers can also be completely cast on-site. The rapid-cast bunker offers the advantage of significantly faster construction and less on-site formwork. The rapid-cast bunker is simply lifted into place, reinforced with steel, and then concreted.
All formwork is unnecessary here, as the rapid bunker essentially serves as the concrete formwork. Depending on the soil conditions and slope angle, external formwork may be required to ensure a uniform wall thickness.

The rapid storage bunkers are designed for a compressive load of up to 200 kN/m² . This is approximately 40 times the load of a conventional basement ceiling. The rapid storage bunker has a modular design and is available in four different sizes:

Use and application
The prefabricated bunker was designed so that it can be used effectively both in times of danger and in times of peace. Most bunkers and shelters are used in times of peace as cellars for supplies or as hobby rooms. The bunker buildings can also be furnished and equipped as an exclusive wine cellar.
In tense situations such as pre-attack phases, the bunkers are prepared for rapid occupancy and stocked with supplies and food. Days or weeks can pass before the danger occurs. During this time, people stay in and outside the bunker for a while. It can be assumed that the population will be informed about the danger via the media (Internet, TV, radio, etc.). In times of danger and attack phases, people primarily stay in the bunker. The length of time required depends on the type of threat and can range from hours to days. For effective protection, this bunker must also be reinforced with reinforced concrete at the installation site. Depending on the soil conditions, formwork will be required on-site for the concrete work.
Note : The underground installation of bunkers is not exempt from permitting requirements in Germany and in most cases requires a building permit.

All rapid silo bunkers are fitted with wooden reinforcement at the factory to support the weight during the concreting process. Once the concrete has hardened, the wooden reinforcement can be removed.

The main difference to the "Standard" rapid bunker is that the "Standard-NA" has an additional emergency exit module. If the main entrance is blocked, the bunker can be exited via the emergency exit.

Initial Inquiry and Planning
Based on your requirements, we will create a suitable design for the rapid-fill bunker. For structures to be installed underground, a building permit is generally required.

Production
A custom manufacturing drawing is created, and the modules are manufactured at the factory.

Preparation
Excavation is carried out at the construction site, and a base layer is prepared.

Delivery & Installation
The prefabricated modules are delivered to the construction site. After being placed in the ground, the rapid bunker is reinforced with structural steel and concrete. The rapid bunker is designed so that any local construction company can install it for you. Alternatively, we also offer an installation team.

Commissioning
The ventilation system and civil defense shelter equipment have already been installed. Once these are in place, the electrical and plumbing work can be carried out.
